Intro to a dynamic awareness

In these hectic times, we need to find our roots and keep our feet on the ground. But we also need to be in touch with our instincts and intuitions, our feelings and our emotions.

We need to remain centered in our movement, without losing contact with the movement of the world. In this modern and chaotic world, awareness in ourselves and our relationships is the only way to see clearly, to maintain healthy relationships and to live a sane and coherent life.

In this workshop, we use mindful movement to make an experiential journey within our body, our mind, our emotions, our relationships. We bring light upon all that we usually avoid to see, preventing ourselves from living to the fullest of our potential.

If we can smile in our daily life, if we can be at peace and happy, everyone will benefit from it. If we really know how to live, what better way to start the day than with a smile? Our smile affirms our awareness and determination to live in peace and joy. The source of a true smile is a careful mind.

SATI Dynamic: We need to “train” our awareness

The main goal of the SATI Dynamic method is the continuous research and acquisition of knowledge on all levels of existence: physical, emotional, mental and relational.

We start from the physical level, the most tangible and immediate one. We observe our movement, explore our resistances, learn to see and hear the messages of our body offering us priceless wisdom!

Through specific sequences of physical and expressive exercises, active and breathing meditations, we awaken our awareness, stimulate our perception and imagination, and learn to live in the “here and now”.

Freedom comes from awareness, awareness comes from knowledge, knowledge (also) comes from information, from study and from seeing without prejudices.

15:00 – 18:00:

SATI Dynamic Chakra Meditation: Exploring the chakras
Observe where you “stand”, Perceive what you want , Rebalance it ALL and Free what YOU ARE!

Day 2:
11:00 – 13:30:

Functional SATI Dynamic and SATI Dynamic Balance:
Explore your physical skills and work on extending your limits. Optimize body functionality to achieve mental and emotional efficiency.
Search the balance between your physical and emotional skills, between strength and flexibility, lightness and heaviness, movement and stillness. Find stillness in movement to fix the balance between your inner and outer world.

15:00 – 18:00:

SATI Dynamic Bioenergy, SATI Dynamic Dancing Meditation and Guided Relaxation:
Get actively in touch with your body to become consciously responsible for its transformation. Your feet ground you, your breathing centers you, music opens you and your expressivity sets you FREE!
