Body communication: body mind emotions: an interdependence to live fully
We are made to move and interact freely with our surroundings. And we are made of body mind and emotions that are in a constant search for balance so that we can fully express our potential and our charisma.
When these parts are out of balance, our whole system works badly. We have physical pain, we are mentally and emotionally blocked. As a result, we have difficulty expressing ourselves, creating healthy relationships and living life to the fullest.
Our body never lies
This workshop will bring awareness to our physical abilities, our mental patterns and our emotional blocks. Through an experiential path made of guided and free movement, music, expression and sharing we will learn to look within ourselves and to better communicate with others.
Only by moving mindfully, we have full control of our movements and our thoughts in order to live fully our emotions and relationships!
By learning to communicate with our body, we expand our potential and enrich our relationships!
I see dance being used as communication between body and soul,
to express what is too deep to say with words.
Communication leads to community, that is,
to understanding, intimacy and mutual valuing.
Day 1:

SATI Dynamic Self & Partner Awareness : morning flow
Specific exercises guide us through interaction, contact and playing to discover more about ourselves and our relationships.
15:00 – 18:00:
SATI Dynamic Bioenergy & Chakra Meditation
An experential journey through all levels of consciousness. We actively get in touch with our body, we feel our vital energy that determines all our functions and skills. We learn to see the interdependence between thoughts, emotions, energy, physical and expressive abilities.
Day 2:

Functional SATI Dynamic & SATI Dynamic Balance:
Explore your physical skills and work on extending your limits. Optimize body functionality to achieve mental and emotional efficiency.
Search the balance between your physical and emotional skills, between strength and flexibility, lightness and heaviness, movement and stillness. When we are centered and mindful we are ready to interact in a healthy way.
15:00 – 18:00:
Partner SATI Dynamic Meditation:
Specific exercises that guide us through contact, interaction and playing to discover our skills and limits. Our partner is a mirror, a teacher and a student, that brings us in the present moment and, paradoxically, closer to ourselves!
We are here to awaken from our illusion of separateness.
