It is not for everyone, but if you are looking for a physical activity that can balance body, mind and emotions, you should try it. I discovered the Sati dynamic and Evi during the first lockdown and it became a necessity. After a couple of weeks I noticed a greater physical well-being, lightness and reactivity.
