The ideal days to practice these sequences repeated 108 times are undoubtedly those of the Solstice and the Equinox. On the winter solstice, we will enter the darkest period of the year and celebrating the light means remembering that after winter, spring will come and life will burst again.

On the occasion of the summer solstice, however, we celebrate the sun, the beginning of a new season, the longest day of the year that marks the return of light after a period of darkness, the day of the greatest cosmic regeneration.
